CLASSES
HIIT
Offered Mondays at 6:45am, Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 9am.
This class features 45 minutes of interval training on the erg with no floor exercises. Interval timing is longer than the HIIT class, with longer rest times. Our Interval class combines the skills and endurance you develop in HIIT, Power, and Steady State.
Intervals
Offered Mondays at 6:30pm.
This class is 45 minutes of high intensity exercise, featuring short, maximum effort sprints on the erg and vigorous floor exercises. Rest is minimal. This class will have body weight or lightly weighted floor exercises with high repetitions.
Steady State
Come join us Fridays at 6:45am and Saturdays and Sundays at 10am for a 60 Minute Steady State workout while maintaining a Heart Rate in Zone 2 (UT2).
This class is recommended for cross-training endurance athletes and beginners.
Power
Offered Thursdays at 6:30pm.
This 45 minute class has longer rowing blocks at lower stroke rates, with a focus on long and powerful rowing. Floor portions will use heavier weight at lower repetitions. This class is designed to improve your power generation per stroke.
UT2 Tuesdays
Offered Tuesdays at 6:30pm. Reduced drop-in fee of $20.
This class is recommended for cross-training endurance athletes and beginners.
In keeping with The Crew’s mission of improving overall fitness, our Tuesday class is dedicated as a social time for members to get in 75 minutes of steady state rowing while maintaining a Heart Rate in Zone 2 (UT2).
This class will occasionally include watching movies while rowing!
