Intervals

Our Intervals class is truly classic rowing interval training. In this class, your working time will be 2-5 minutes long, with 2-5 minutes rest. This class truly encompasses the idea of going HARD when it matters and resting fully during rest times. Rest times are meant to be long enough for your breath and heart rate to recover so you can give your all in the next interval.

This class has NO floor component. You are on the erg the full class time. While this may seem daunting, the balance of work and rest makes the class fly by.
